FOOD & BEVERAGE MINIMUMS We require a food & beverage minimum based on the day and time of your event. As long as you meet these minimums we will not charge rental fee for your reception space. WHAT THE PACKAGES INCLUDE The Marines’ Memorial Club Wedding Packages have been specially designed with the bride and groom’s needs and budget in mind. Each package includes: full open bar, wine and champagne with dinner, wedding cake cutting & coffee service, as well as your choices from the hors d’oeuvre and dinner menus. Bartender, bar set-up, gift porterage, and event coordination are also included. If the packages do not meet your specific needs we can work with you to customize them. AMENITIES PROVIDED BY MMC Marines’ Memorial Club provides room set-up and clean-up, dance floor, cake table, gift table, guest book table and guest tables, as well as linen, silverware, china, glassware and service staff. Silver candelabra centerpieces are included in every brunch, lunch and dinner package. If you would prefer to design your own centerpieces with your florists we will provide Votives for your diner tables to surround your centerpiece. Marines’ Memorial Club can provide you with our MMC Preferred Vendors List of photographers, florists, wedding cakes, DJs, bands and other services. We highly recommend those on the list. You are free to use any vendor you choose, however you will be held responsible for any clean up or damage caused by any vendor and dj's, lighting rentals or photo booth vendors not listed on our preferred list will need to supply the MMC with proof of insurance prior to the event. DEPOSIT AND GUARANTEE A deposit and signed Marines’ Memorial Club Contract will guarantee your function room, date and time. The deposit amount varies depending on the function room and weekday of the event starting at $2000.00. A second deposit is due 6 months prior to the event date. All deposits are non- refundable and will be deducted from your balance. GUEST ROOMS A courtesy block of 10 guest room can be established for your event. Please ask your Wedding Sales Manager for details and current room rates. EVENT TIMING AND DURATION Events must start at the scheduled time and end promptly at the scheduled closing hour. An overtime fee will be applied to those parties that fall outside these parameters. Parties must end by 11pm within standard package time and can be extended to 12 midnight with overtime. BAR SERVICE Bar service will close thirty (30) minutes prior to the end of the function. Marines’ Memorial Club will provide all alcoholic beverages. No outside alcoholic beverages will be permitted without prior consent from the Catering Office. In accordance with the State of California’s beverage laws, Marines’ Memorial Club will not serve alcoholic beverages to the point of inebriation, nor will we willingly and knowingly serve an intoxicated guest. No persons under the age of 21 will be served alcoholic beverages. Guests must provide proof of age if asked. If a guest cannot provide adequate proof of age they shall be denied service of alcoholic beverages. WEDDING CEREMONIES Ceremonies can be performed on the premises.
